Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of all Buddha’s teachings. It shows the complete path to enlightenment - how to enter, progress along and complete the spiritual path. The instructions are easy to follow and put into practice, emphasising the importance of transforming our daily activities into the spiritual path.

The term "New" indicates that this tradition is a recent development that has arisen in response to the wish of many people of the modern world to engage in systematic and authentic study and practice of Buddhism. While they retain an unbroken link with the great Buddhist tradition of the past 2,500 years, NKT Centres and practices are a skilful response to the problems we face today.
Dharma Centres
Each centre offers study programs, meditation instruction, and retreats for all levels of practitioner. The emphasis is on integrating Buddha's teachings into daily life to solve our problems and to spread lasting peace and happiness throughout the world. The studies and practices of the NKT emphasize taking the teachings to heart and sincerely applying them in everyday life, in order to solve our own problems and bring benefit and happiness to the people around us.
